At the beginning there was a mysterious trailer. A trailer that shocked me a lot and got me interested. Then there was the brilliant advertising campaign.

Such advertising had to represent something really good. Love in the land of kangaroos And so it really is.

"Project: Monster" is the story of Rob (Stahl-David) who gets a job offer in Japan. Friends decide to make a farewell party.

When the fun continues, the quake suddenly occurs. Everyone runs out to the roof. From there they observe a big explosion. Over time, they find out that something has attacked New York. The whole production is a patchwork of motifs taken from "Godzilla" and "Blair Witch Project".

We follow the action through the eyes of one of the characters who records everything on a digital camera. This procedure, though not very original, makes the action extremely credible and dramatic. In search of fantasy Actors are not big stars. You can actually take them for naturists. Before the premiere, the film caused real madness about itself. Everyone wanted to know what attacked the metropolis. There were many guesses and lots of hypotheses. Several of them were really reliable. After watching the movie and experiencing all this confusion I did not feel cheated or disappointed. I got what I wanted to get. There was mysteriousness, horror and a big crack. Over time, however, the whole intrigue took to the head. When the monster appeared, nothing will surprise us anymore. Well, maybe the way he killed people. A nice idea (though not very original) was the concept borrowed from "Alien" Scott. You know. The birth of a creature ... Reeves's painting can be considered a solid entertainment that provides a lot of emotions.

The film is experienced together with its characters because it is shot in a real way. Photos shot from the hand make the film extremely suggestive.

A simple idea, but what effect it gives. Younger viewers will have fun because that's what they like here. A lot of upheavals with elements of horror.

The elders will also be interested in following the developments, because the action axis is quite interesting, even for demanding movie fans. The script is written so well that we do not know exactly how the whole story will end. The ending is a bit disappointing, but the creators assumed in advance that the film would sell, so they left the door open for continuation.

The movie's length is also a plus. The whole lasts a little over 85 minutes, which is why it doesn't bother with a very long story.

In general, "Project: Monster" is entertainment at a good level with an advertising campaign that the world has never seen before ...
