Creating your own custom modpack is usually a daunting task. If you are not accustomed to the process, we'd heavily advocate you think about using one of many pre-built packs obtainable via the Twitch (Curse) launcher, or the ATLauncher. We've many of these obtainable for set up via One Click Installer, and will even be completely satisfied to put in some other packs that provide server information - just send us a message!

Beginning with Forge

All modpacks start with Forge. You can set up Forge itself like a modpack, by selecting it from the One Click on Installer page. Minecraft Towny Servers ’s usually advised to choose the highest-numbered build amongst those urged by your mods’ authors. If you’re using an older model of Minecraft, go together with the most recent Forge build.

Creating and Importing

After getting a model of Forge that may work together with your mods, you can move your mods and configurations into their right positions among the server recordsdata. Create a folder called mods (if one doesn't already exist) in the same location because the forge and minecraft_server recordsdata and the libraries folder. Upload your whole mods into this (presumably new) mods folder. Simply open the File Supervisor and click on on Upload File. In your computer’s file browser, select the whole lot that you just want to add and drag it into the add box in File Supervisor.

Configs, and many others.

You might also have custom configuration information to go along together with your selection of mods. You'll be able to add them to your modpack by copying them right into a folder known as config at the same location as the mods folder. You'll likely must create the config folder in case you have your own config information; it isn’t created for you until you run the server program.
