To put matters into a quick view Im a comparative newcomer to social nudism I view social nudism as a subculture to the prevailing culture of the placestate to which the societal nudists belong

In this sub-culture community of social nudists I'm really interested in observing the notion of personal privacy. We don't have the same notion of personal privacy as the cloths.
For Cloths, the entire concept of private privacy has a modesty to immodesty ratio that greatly incline toward modesty - from our perspective. Our entire notion of personal privacy heavily leans toward immodesty - from their point of view. beach bum and our limits of personal privacy are in distinct places. It is public - within our community. nudism has limitations, however. I'm interested in finding where those limitations, both for myself and for the established community.
I remember being on my first visit of the local club, and getting the tour across the grounds. I was surprised at finding that the showers were unisex and open plan. Thinking back naturism makes sense, but back then I was coming from a point of view of a just-coming-out closet nudist (essentially a cloth). Textiles see showering as somewhat toilet-orientated. I believe most nudist don't. A number of us are simply not comfortable about washing each of their bits and buttocks with others. Those regions need a concentrated effort if it is definitely going to be done correctly. I'm now comfortable giving the regions a quick once over. Everyone's got touches and butts after all.

Dressing and undressing is fundamentally 'Textile'. Us doing it communally makes our undergarments less modesty things than merely practical clothing things for heat. Most of use will only put on or take off at will, without the need of some privacy to do so. Textile street fashions - especially womens' trend - are going toward being less modest. Over the years slacks are worn lower to show off the knickers underneath. Tops are somewhat more transparent, showing bras and camisoles underneath. naturism are designed in this way that the they are easily blown up by the wind. There is a slow trend to being less humble and more - in a way - nudist.
I give it 50 years and New Zealand will be a social nudist country. Our private solitude will extend to having unisex open plan showers at the local pool. I am hoping I can see the years out until then.
