If you have somehow still not had the chance to play Saint's Row the Third up until now, you literally have no excuse. You can play the game for free on Steam this weekend, or you can purchase it for a substantial discount. It's not necessary, as everyone should have one.
It may sound like an overly enthusiastic but I'm not in saying that my lack of interest at launch in the title was a major error. If you think "it's simply a Sandbox Grand Theft Auto clone" and write it off you are denying yourself of something truly fantastic. Download and install it, and you'll have nothing to lose.

@nbrianna: Guild Wars 2 some definitely. I have Marvel Heroes, an invite to World of Warcraft without a return, and it gives me reason to believe that Champions Online might be worth my time. It was a great weekend.
@Eliot_Lefebvre - I've got some personal tasks to complete this weekend but I'm excited to play Star Wars: The Old Republic roleplaying. I'm also looking forward to playing with a few of the RPGs that are tactical and loaded on my PSP.
@irljasmine: I've had 99 issues, but a problem with RIFT isn't one. Trion offered everyone who bought RIFT to start playing at no cost a bit earlier than normal, so I was able to get into Telara faster that you can say "wait! what are all these buttons doing?" It's felt all sorts of great being back, and I'm looking for an extended weekend of Rogue leveling.
@jefreahard - I'll be cussing at World of Warplanes, and herding my SWTOR Alts towards 55.
@Sypster: If it's possible to actually get Marvel Heroes to launch -and considering the disappointments of the last week, it could be a long shot -I'll give this Diablo replica a fair chance. I have a brand-new Dragon character that I could take to Kingsmouth in The Secret World. Hope she doesn't get zombified!
@MikedotFoster: I'm in Dota 2 again this weekend, along with doing some research on whatever game ends up winning my Choose My Adventure poll. If there's enough time, I'd like to try some of EVE Online's new exploration features.
@RichieProcopio: In addition to my normal dose of Guild Wars 2 action, this weekend, I'll play some Minecraft. I'm a bit late to the tree-punching celebration, but my kids and I have just begun playing together. They steal all the good things that I find despite my apparently-not-so-clever hiding places, but it's all good because I can send them to bed and then keep playing!
@terilynns: I've got a whole lot of levelin to do! I have a Romulan, as well as a Reman to assist me in my journey through the new Star Trek Online content. Tomorrow I will likely begin a new Klingon character! korobi is now blogging After a year of playing Lord of the Rings Online, my main character finally made it to level 70 (Yes I'm not yet at the cap!) and I'm planning to get her reach her cap by the end of summer! Being an altoholic is a long-lasting love, but I can say I have never had more enjoyment playing MMOs than I have had in the past month. There's so much to do!
