Here is a great list of famous people who died doing what they loved best, performing. Some of them died on stage and some while being filmed or on a film set, all of them died suddenly. Many of them will be sadly missed by their families, friends and fans. How many of them do you remember?

When a Christian fears death he is being irrational. A Christian's belief in the deity of Christ eliminates his fear of death. Jesus didn't mince any words when it came to proclaiming that he was divine. The Jewish leaders came to him and asked, "Who do you think you are?" (John 8:53) "Aren't we right in saying that you are a Samaritan and demon-possessed?" Calling Jesus a Samaritan was the equivalent of using the "N" word in today's culture. Jesus was willing to risk his life to tell them the truth.

Some people think by having life insurance that their loved ones will be fine, most people do not think about when they get older and the possibility of going into a nursing home. If this should happen, the state can make you turn in your life insurance policy if you do not have the funds to pay for your stay at the home. If you have a pre-paid funeral before you apply for Medicaid or apply to stay in a nursing home, a state law says it can not be touched. Some people will choose to pay for this all at once or set up a payment plan with the funeral home.

When sending flowers, there are two places to consider. The first is the funeral home or church where the service will take place. The flowers you send here will be on display at the viewing and/or funeral. The family member(s) that you send the flowers to will then have a chance to bring them home after the service. The second place to send flowers is the home residence of the family, whomever you are closest with that is related to the deceased. This could be a son, a mother, a husband, a niece, etc. Some prefer this method if they did not know the deceased person well but they wish to show their sympathy to the family member that they are friends, neighbors, or coworkers with.

People are unsure of what death really is. They believe no one knows what happens after death. Not understanding what comes after death scares them. Do we fade off into nothingness or do we live on in another form? They are unsure whether they did everything right to merit an afterlife. Which brings us to the next reason we fear death.

People and families will want to help, but this is a time of extra stress and strain on everyone. Try to avoid this by asking others for help, as this will relieve the burden from you, but be careful to ensure you do not ask two people to do the same thing. Professionals involved with the arrangements can be good to ask for help about issues with families and mourning. They are very used to the experience and will be sensitive.
