Minecraft Finally Has A Free Girl Character

A lot of girls play Minecraft, but you wouldn't recognize it from the default character options. Unless you've been willing to pay or install a mod your only option so far has been Steve who is the game's male mascot. But now things are getting more interesting -- Mojang has given builders the option of a free girl character, Alex. While she's been seen before in the computer version as a random character, the move will allow female players to create their own characters and allow them to identify with each other.
